Started taking my diet seriously and weighed in today and I was at 239. Still have a long way to go but I'm heading in the right direction. I was wondering what tall suggest to aid in my fat loss. I've been looking at Thermos, [/COLOR][COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.701961)]clen, clen/t3 combo and GW-501516. Can't decide on which one to take if any. Any suggestion would be great. I train 6 days a week and do cardio 4 days a week.[/COLOR][COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.701961)]

Great progress man! What is your ideal weight you'd like to get to? Clen/T3 is a good combo, however when you run T3 without running some sort of anabolic with it you risk losing muscle as well. At a minimum I always suggest at least 200-250mg of T for people that are going to run it. If you ran a few SARMs along side it I don't know if that would be enough to prevent that or not, hypothetically it should but having never just done that I can't say for certain. If the T3 is legit you can shred alot of weight. Could always try ECA also, that is a proven "thermo"
 
Eca stack or caffeine and yohimbine hcl will help. If taking yohimbine it's suggested to do so on an empty stomach or while fadting, Insulin will negate the effects of yohimbine.
