What's up fellas!?! I'm kinda new here and wanted to let u know a little about my journey. I'm 32 years old. I started working out a year and a half ago and I was 300 pounds when I first started. I'm down 80 pounds at the moment and I weigh 220! Idk my body fat percentage or anything like that. I wanna lose a little more weight before I start worrying about all that. My goal weight is in between 200-215 pounds. Here's a before and after picture of my progress so far
