30 5'9 185 8% bf. I've been lifting since I was 15. I ran a few ph cycles few years ago. Had to stop lifting seriously to recover from herniated disk and then several personal issues all at once. I have been back at it for two years and went from 160 back up to 185. Looking to up my game a little and run my first cycle of test.
