Since using bottletop filters, ive had a sterilization problem thats drivin me fckn nuts,,, ive used a glass pipette to take out even 10ml. , i did reuse it once without properly cleaning it.. so that was probably the reason for 1,, my last media bottle was ordered new , ive washed them with distilled water, then baked an hr at highest in the oven. Vials ,pressure cooked, after the pippette incident, ive just used 3ml with an 18g. Top open. ... my question. How do you guys take gear out of media bottles?i ask because all i can think of now is maybe its gettn contaminated in the process . Any info is appreciated
