I am a natural bodybuilder planning my very first cycle. I know what I can eat in the off season to bulk up but was just wondering if the diet differs at all while bulking on a cycle? I wanted to know if a cycle will effect the metabolism in terms of I need to eat more to get better benefits. Right now in the off season I eat around 300-350g of protein ed. And 300g of carbs ed. Anything over 300g for carbs I start to put on a great deal of fat. Fat intake I always keep pretty low because it doesn't sit with me well if it gets too high. Usually around 20-30g a day max.
