Ive been out of the game for almost a year now. Had a pretty bad knee injury. But things seem to be better and Im looking forward to push again. Have a couple a cycles under the belt and i miss it oh so much. But Im glad Im back on. Ive been trying to stay active as I can up to this point, but when you suffer an injury like i had you easily get depressed. Still in good shape. Relatively strong. But no superman. Coming soon tho. So I look forward getting involved with the forums again. And wish everyone to be safe and be strong.
