New guy here. Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I am 30 yrs old. I have been lifting since I was 11yrs old off and on. I lifted all the way through middle school through high school. I played football, offensive line all those years. I had a scholarship to play division 2 ball in Mississippi and chose not to take it. Now I am married with 2 kids. I have worked in Healthcare for 10 yrs. Before the kids I lifted regular. Now it has been harder to fit in. I have always been a large guy. I have fought with my weight for years, many of which exercising regularly. After about 25 I had reached a plateau. I noticed weight gain and loss of strength and I was diagnosed with Low T at 27. I have been battling the low T for a few years now and I am tired of it. I am here to learn from you guys to reach my max potential and be my best self physically.
