This first post will mostly be a placeholder for my overly-procrastinating ass.

Goal here is to stay within 10-12% bodyfat while gaining strength. Currently somewhere at like 15%. I've got a meet in July I'm gearing up for and need to get my ass in gear. I've been struggling with low body strength after a 2 year long hip injury that kept me from walking for any length of time. Doing this for extra motivation.

Stats:
Weight: 225
Height: 5'8"
Age: 23
Bodyfat: 15%(ish)
Lifts:
Bench: 485
Dead-lift: 600-640
Squat: 550 (With extreme risk of re-injury)

198-220 is the class I will be competing in and will most likely stay within this weight class for years to come.

Problems:
I'm fat.
Hips are weak from a 2 year long injury.
Squat sucks.
Dead-lift sucks.
Fuck brownies.
Fuck chicken.

Will throw up some current pictures tomorrow when I get around to it. Also will be posting videos that I feel necessary. First one will probably be me hitting 500lbs on bench.

Lifting Goals by end of this year.
Bench:525
Dead-lift:700+
Squat: 650+

Haven't decided if I want to go into detail about diet or not. I'll think about it and go into more detail tomorrow. ...Or next week assuming I even remember I posted this.

What are ya thinking for gearz abuse?

It'll either be:
A: Test, Tren, and NPP for joint fluid viscosity.
B: Test, NPP, Mast. Tren A on hand for breaking barriers.

Haven't decided yet.

You gonna mix in any orals? Halo possibly?

Not going that hardcore just yet. I will possibly use orals for time around a meet. Training regularly I steer from orals.
 
Today was Bench day. Felt like shit, terrible day. But diet was a success.

Deadlift today. Went pretty well.

Squat:
225 x 1
315 x 1
390 x 1.

Dead-lift:
445 x 2 x 10 with 45 second intervals.
This sucked some dirty asshole.

Seated-Rows:
210 x 8 x 5
Pull-downs
190 8 x 4
Shrugs
365 x 8 x 3

Pretty good day. Definitely had a blood sugar drop after deads, had to lay down for a bit.
Training regime comes from a guy named Josh Bryant, Jailhouse Strong.

Weighed 221 this morning.
Currently running TPP/NPP/Tren E from PL at 150/150/250 3 times a week. Most gear I've ever ran. Not sure how I like it yet. Also popped some AY dbol yesterday. Gonna do 100mg a day. First time with dbol.
