Im 14 days into my 30 day cycle...
Ive had strength gains up about 20kg on bench same weight deadlifts but able to do more sets...
Nees to inveat in straps to up thw weight I think...

Qhats a good cycle to move onto afterwards anyone!????

Hi Creep.

As I say im new to the whole steroid and forum thing so please excuse any inevitable bs..

Im 32 yo
6'1"
84kg 185lbs (last time I checked a few weeks ago) :/
Been traininv on and off for 3- 4 years but consistently for the year or so especially last 8 months

I train hard and well.
I've researched alot on form and routines HITT etc

My diet is on point no smoke/alcohol etc.

Im half way through Super DMZ cycle at the moment.

Definite strength gains
Size/weight ive not checked on yet I have measurements and rough weight prior to my cycle.

General strength increases

Dead lift
160kg/352lb -180kg/396lbs
Bench
95kg/209lb
-120kg/264lb

All 5-8 reps 4- 5 sets



But in about 2 months I want to run a 'real' cycle
