Joined up. Started hrt recently and not happy with gel. Looking for advice . Cot dr pinning me now at 200 each week. Dont think its enough. Anyway hi everyone appreciate any input you can give. Thanks in advance. Read rules will do my best to stick to em.

Welcome to ASF! Also your trt dose of 200mg/week should be perfectly in spec. Is there a reason you don't think it is?
 
200 EVERY 14 days so every other week. once i doubled it i started getting positive resuts. think I will stick around 500 a week
