I know this may sound insane. And you may not believe me. But I am POSITIVE I know what this means.....

It means its delayed.

Here is the definition in case you didn't know:

-Delay
-Verb
-make (someone or something) late or slow

My package is late at the moment and shipper say wait another 7-10 days and gives me tracking info I search the number and it says it hasn't shipped yet! So at least yours is at least shipped! Wonder if we have the same source
 
USPS delays legit packs EVERY day. Its SUPER common.
 
last time my package got delayed... I received a nice note in the mail instead, if you know what I mean haha
