As most of my bros on here know, I've been sick with food poisoning for a week. Lost 22# total. They gave me 7 liters of fluids before sending me home in 18 hours... So I went to the gym tonight and did all upper body. Lemme tell yas I feel great glad I went... I'll keep you all posted on meds and my condition.
