2 vials of Candy Land Test Cyp 200mg/ml.
Supposedly the same brew yet one is cloudy.

I tried to re-heat it in a boiling water on two occasions.
2 minutes boil (even crashed gear never needed more) followed by 10 minutes boil.

On both occasions oil turned clear, however it turned back to cloudy just after 30 seconds at room temp.

Sounds like a bad brew to me. That said I'm in no way an expert on how to bring back gear
 
My rule of thumb....

Crashed gear - bring back following Sherks post.
Cloudy gear - bring to the trash can and drop.

Just to clarify this thread. After 2 (well actually 3) failed attempts, I am no longer interested in bringing it back.
I am tempted to send it for a most basic lab analysis just to determinate whats in the vial.

Good eye. The sweating leads me to believe it's contaminated as well.

What's this mean? Sweating? I see its cloudy?

You talking about the top of the vial how it has a few drops of liquid hanging to the wall?
 
My previous vial of cyp was crashed but heating it up in near boiling water brought it right back to clear. It would crash again quickly but if it was cloudy I agree with above,toss it.
 
that has happened to me. I would brew a batch of test and I would have 9 that were clear and one that was cloudy. it just means a little moisture got in the vial when it got bottled. whoever sent you that should send you a new one. test is cheap
