Hey brothers, just thought I'd throw this out there to get some new ideas on different exercises to thicken the lower back and develop some "hang" in the hamstrings, two areas I need to bring up before show time.
Here's what I"m currently doing.
BACK (4 sets of each):
Pull-ups
close grip pulldowns
rack pulls
t-bar rows
seated cable rows
HAMSTRINGS (4 sets of each):
Romanian deadlifts
sumo deadlifts (w/dumbbell)
glute/ham raises
Lying leg curls
*I can't do heavy deadlifts due to a couple lumbar herniated discs and I avoid bent over rows as well. These exercises have aggravated my injury in the past.
