I have seen this discussion played out in many forums for many years and I will no doubt see it again many more times. The rGH market is lucrative and there is incentive to counterfit this product. True rHG is extremely hard to synthesize and very expensive to the end user. The two posts I have made here show Pharma branded and Chinese generics. Please direct your attention to the size of the cake in the vial. The Serostim pharma product has a very small cake and is dosed at 6mg or 18iu after dilution. The generic is dosed at 10iu or 3.33mg predilution. There is no arguement that anyone on any board or any source can make to deny this. So it is obvious that the generic vial contains something other than rGH, the question is how much of the rGH is mixed with the filler. The real dilema is how to know this, obviously testing is the answer. Unless you have tested Pharmaceutical rHG and know what your baseline is at a particular dose you can not accurately establish if another product is achieving the same results. I have used prescribed rGh for many years and have been tested very strictly by my physician and have a very strong knowledge of how my body reacts and what levels are attained at specified doses. I have also used a large variety of generics as well and I have come to a conclusion. Most generic products are not dosed at the level that is claimed, regardless of the top color or the product name, and yes I also mean Novos, Hyges and Rips. The key to success in my research has been testing and communication with the supplier of the results. I have found some legitimate sources of many varieties of "brands" and I continue to use them. The ones that have been proven to myself to be less than such do not get my money. This is all you can do.
