Should I Tell My Parents I'm a Board Rep for AY???

That depends on how much of your rep pay you want to have to spend in AY var to give to mom.
 
The question should be why wouldn't you tell your parents.

Based on what I know...your parents would love to know your position in life. Knowing there son has "made it" will go a long way. But you must be careful that even though you caution them to keep it quiet, they will be inclined to tell their closest friends. Which could compromise your position.

So I say no, and leave it as a "need to know" basis.
