I have mixed feelings about creatine. A lot of friends believe they get great gains from the stuff. When I have taken it in the past, I would take 5g pre and 5g post. I haven't tried the pill form, anyone have any luck with that apposed to powder?
I'm not a big fan of creatine, I've used it in the past with great results, but no matter what I do after I stop taking it, gains are gone. I could see it for contest prep or something along those lines, but for practical use I'll never be a fan.
