MSTEN EPI ANDRO Advice Needed about timing etc.!

So going to be running Msten 4 weeks. 1 pill at 8am, noon, then probably around 5, as I've read you shouldn't take 6 hours before bed?

But anyways I was wondering since EPI-andro isn't methyl could i start this a week earlier?

then its ok to take these at the same time right?
