Just a heads up for anyone wanting to take clen thought id post it bc I sure as hell didn't know this lol but yeah clen causes high bp no caffeine no working out no shower this morn went to the docs and it's 160/110 off 3 days of clen 20-40-60.
Good news is the shit must be good lol
