hey guys. right now I am in the middle of my second cycle. 5'10 and around 180. I'm on week 7 of a 12 week sustanon cycle. I have had decent gains(not as much as I was hoping for) but as of lately It seems like I've gained a lot of fat. I know for a fact my diet is in check. could you guess my current body fat percentage? and also. I want to continue bulking as im not nearly as big as I want to be, but I want to get my leanness back. would doing cardio 3x a week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach be good? I was also thinking of a tren cycle. thanks
