Long story short on superdrol strengths going through the roof was repping out some crazy weight on the bench and I fucked up that spot where your like tendon is like between your underarm and chest.
I dint think it's tore fully but it's def fucked up bad so besides not using it for a bit what are my options? I really don't wana go to the hospital or anything bc I'm stubborn like that bit if you guys think I should I will. Was thinking of dropping the sd to 10 mg a day keeping test at 300 mg and throwing npp in for 8 weeks maybe some tb500 and doing like 10 lb dumbbell chest presses the whole time -.- and just working other body parts. Wutcha all think?
