whats up. A Powerlifter here wanting to gain some info about TNE as a pre workout. I run test at a gram a week with a little masteron right now. I am going to play with some TNE as I get closer to my bench and push pull meets in march. My question is, how much TNE do you guys take before a lift? 50? 100? 150? 200? Also, how long should TNE be pinned before the lift to get the maximum benefits? .. Strength, focus, aggression, stamina, etc.
to clarify (TNE in oil, not test suspension in water)
