Insulin. It can killyou. However, I like the stuff and haveused it numerous times. Keep in mind I am no way an expert on this and i'm probablydoing something wrong, but this is what I have done and it works for me. Now I’mgoing to get beat up on here for saying this but it is freaking awesome and I don't think it is a big deal if you are careful with it and have done your research! It Builds muscle like crazy. But it also builds fat like crazy, so yourdiet needs to be on point. I use it forno more than 4 weeks and take quite a while off. At least 6 weeks. I use Humulin-R just because im still new toslin and this is easy to get. Every timeI start out I take a tiny amount starting at about 4iu’s and work my way upevery day to no more than 10iu’s. I dothis because I am a big puss. It’s atiny amount in the syringe but the hormone is super powerful. Using 1 iu per 15-20lbs of body weight as a general rule. There are several types of insulin andseveral different ways to use it but I only use the Humulin-R and injectimmediately after my workout. I takecarbs immediately after the injection. 5-7 grams of carbs per iu of insulin is fairly common from what I’veread. My first time I went with 10 gramsof carbs per iu just to be safe. And Ihave to eat fairly often, about every 1 ½ hours otherwise I feel light headed and probablyhypo. I’ve heard not to eat any fat forthe 4 hours that it is in your system so I usually don’t. I do get sleepy after the injection and thatappears to be the only side effect I have unless I don’t get enough carbs thenI get light headed. I also carry arounda candy bar or glucose tabs just in case. Anyway, I didn’t get into much detail but that’s kind of what I do whenI run slin. Oh yeah, I have never ran italone, always with an AAS cycle. Like Isaid. This is what I do. I’m not an expert and I am always open forinput too!
