Well my hunting experience has been deplorable over the years...BUT, this year I scored a doe and a 10 point, one day after another. So I am loaded with healthy meat in the freezer. So I experimented with 2 pounds of ground venison and 1 pound of ground turkey....mixed with 2 eggs, onion/garlic powder/ worchestershire sauce then for moisture-------1 cup of cottage cheese. Put it in a 11x16 pyrex dish like flat meatloaf----375x30minutes and holy shit is this an unbelievable low fat protein burger. I cut it into 6 burgers and 55 gm of protien per burger I have lunch all week. Just thought I'd share my excitement....
