Can you do a charge back for CC order from Texx if you dont receive the product?

Its not directly through texx but i doubt i will receive anything paid using credit card.
 
It wont allow me to edit. I tried. I didn't realize it till i posted it. Can someone edit or delete it.
 
I'd call the FBI and tell them you ordered steroids online using your credit card, and they never got sent. I'm almost positive they will follow up on it
