Get Shredded!
3 scoops of whey (i used cookies and cream)
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup egg white.

bake 350 for 10 min. Makes about 12 cookies. Should be right around 10g of protein per cookie.

Simple, fast and easy, the way I like to do things. Just ask the ladies....

Weed butter only goes well with cereal.

definitely cheap and easy. May require a little water to put it down, but it tastes good!
