Ok guys, I've decided to run a blast for 20 weeks. (On TRT 225 EW for past five years) Here is my brief history. I'm 39 years old, and started cycle at 6' 203. Worked out since junior high. Played football from junior high thru NCAA I , so I have a few nagging injuries. My BF was checked by local trainer with 3 point and she said it was 9 something. I'll be using a professional dietician for tweaks in diet. I'm not a competitive bodybuilder or a power lifter, guess I'm somewhere in between. I've never used an international UGL before, PSL will be my first. I've received all gear and have actually been blasting and logging it for a month. But just going to start workout updated with today's stats and workouts. Out of respect for my dietician from another forum, my diet will be kinda brief on here

Yea coming off a long hard cut, I've lost a ton of strength. My bench should get up there in next couple months. Got skinny as hell to get below 10%... Not sure if some know how hard that is. BUT while doing that lost a ton of weight. Now I'm blasting and finally eating a shit load. Clean (most part) but a shitload. Muscle has memory sooo, I'll be at 405 bench at around 220ish. Stay tuned.

Great breakfast again this morning. Yesterday was a feed day. Not going to call it a refeed (that's sometimes a nice way of saying cheat), it was an all out assault on food. I did not consume sweets, or fried.....BUT everything else was open season. It was my welcome back to the living day. I feel awesome again. Test is really working. DAMN I love Test. Love it. Anyway killed some back today, incorporating low reps and higher reps. Did not weigh todsy, because it would not be an accurate reading from all the food that was consumed yesterday. Implemented some advice from Zilla in my workout and pretty stoked about that. Ok I'm only going to do two HEAVY sets of bench each chest WO it's kinda a measure of how much I'm getting stronger. (Old school shit I know) I'm going to stay at 315 and see how many reps I add each time I do chest. They are low reps, but very controlled, no bouncing or shit like that. But the rest of reps will be mid to high range.
