Hitting the gym after 2 years away. I have had 3 shoulder surgeries and need to get them back in shape. I also am looking to get from 250 down to 220 in the next 6 months. Besides getting into good shape I need to fix 2-3 things I noticed since I started monday.
Low energy level.
Muscle soreness.
Lack of flexibility.
Atrophy to my front delt.
Looking to get some beginner suggestions on energy supplements and get in a month or so of lifting in before I ordering my "Vitamins".
I read the article from Heavy Iron and plan on doing something similar to that.
Any orthopedic Dr's in here or Physical therapists who have any suggestions for my shoulder would be greatly appreciated. I have had a bankhart and scope on both shoulders and a grade 3 AC separation repair.
