For those that dont know, I recently switched to powerlifting instead of chasing amateur level competitive bb'ing at my age. I'm 3 days short of two weeks into my cruise. Last cruise was 150mg pharmalogic test E and 90mg Pharmalogic deca. This cruise I'm using Blue Print cyp 200 because I have 30 ml to use up. Running 200mg wk. Might add 75mg deca if I feel i need it.
Last cycle started with PL Test E 300, AY TPA and NPP 150 and after I switched to powerlifting mid cycle I transitioned to Pharmalogic test E 300 at 600mg wk and pharmalogic deca at 300mg wk.
I've decided my first meet will be the end of April next year. That gives me 8-10 weeks to cruise and 10-12 weeks to cycle depending on how long i cruise.
The next cycle will be ending right as my meet happens. Planning on competing full power raw 242. My squat is lagging due to year old acl surgery leaving my quad connective tissue still lagging which is placing stress on my patella tendon leaving it sore frequently. Plus a nagging outer upper calf strain. Squat is only at 455 right now and needs to be 600, or 575 with my deadlift making up the difference because I am going for a pro total my first time out. If i know I am not going to hit the total I want then I might back out of full power and just do ironman (push/pull)
So I have a few ideas as I said, cycle will be 10-12 weeks. AAS will all be pharmalogic. (because its the best)
1) 800mg Test E wk
400mg Deca wk
30mg halo ED last 3-4 weeks
2) 800mg Test E wk
400mg deca wk
400mg NPP wk(added on top of deca last half cycle)
30mg halo last 3-4 weeks
3) 600mg test E wk
300 deca wk
450mg NPP wk (entire time)
4) 600mg test e wk
600mg npp wk 1-5
800mg npp wk 6-10
#1 was my original choice but I'm leaning towards #2. I have some anadrol I was thinking of incorporating too.
