I think it's time for a new training split for me...got to the awful plateau..... Mine is as follows

legs
chest
back
shoulders
bi/tri

Tuesday -Saturday

I hung on to it for a while by playing with reps schemes and supersets but I think I finally ran her into the ground...so I'm looking for any ideas or even new splits to spice it up and get back on the road to progress

any info from me you feel you need to better assist just ask...

You and I have nearly the same split going on right now
so what I'm doing won't help, however......
the last time I fell in a rut I tried german volume training.
It helped me break through the slump.
It does take some getting used to if you've never done it before.
