Favorite ester to cruise with

I've been playing around and switching it up while trying to stay at about 300mg a week. What ester do you guys prefer and what's your pin schedule?

i thought my favorite was sust until I realized the deca ester had been compounding even on only 250 a week and i got super bloated. Now I'm back to enth at once a week.

I run test-deca,200mg with 100mg of Deca every two weeks...works perfect!!

I just keep it simple with Test C @ 300mg/wk and inject bi-weekly.

Test e. 1/2 CC twice a week.

I like test cyp @200 to 300mg once a week on a cruise.....

Last cruise was 1/2 cc of test 400, this time it will be test c at 250 mg/wk, one shot a week.

Doesn't the deca start compounding if you pin it once a week. I thought it was active for 10-14 days
