Is there something,additionally to the novaldex, HG, Arimidex,etc... for depression and irritability when finishing the treatment?., Thank you.
Edition: in this forum I find people having the problem while using testoterone, im really surprised, since in my case,it happens when I stop the cycle.
From personal experience, one thing that could help you get over the depression is a strong routine here is what I did after my cycle and not only I had no problem with depression, I had no losses on my gains or strength and two months in I have my muscle and strength. Of course PCT is of paramount importance but what I am outlining is a very good compliment.
Make sure you get up every day as early as you can, the earlier the better, double espresso, two large eggs, milk and orange juice, hit the shower, listen to some good music really loud give yourself enough time to be ready for a work out after your meal and then hit the gym, focus on your cardio first as it gets you pumped, it has very minor effect on strength for lifting but it would lift your mood to a new level. try to hit sauna or jaccuzzi right after work out by this time it is about 08:30 or 09:00 time to go to work or school focus on your work, make sure you have a book or some tv shows on your mobile phone, whenever you feel down read a book, watch a show or hit the cardio. This combination has worked fantastic not only for my post cycle but also has improved my life, income and social life.
