Lets get some forearm talk goin. also what does everyone consider to be big forearms
 
I never measured
but I do wrist curls , reverse wrist curls , three times a week.
Keeps them in check
 
For some odd reason my right forearm is larger then my left.

See my right is 14.5 inches and left 14. N my bis/tris are 18. So i feel like my for arms over power my upper arms n makes the look small.
 
My bis are big its my tris i lack the size. Ive been really putting emphasis on tris and delts last month or so but obviously it takes time
 
I've got 15" forearms. I think its genetics plus my line of work.

i used to do farmer walks, strained my forearm mid cycle and it took almost 4 months to recover from because i didn't want to give up lifting and waste a cycle, never again. i never use straps i do all kinds of wrist curls :roflmao:
 
I dunno what size mine are but they suck lol. I'm working on it. Giant sets help but they can take a serious thrashing
