I haven't actually been able to find a way to attach a flip-off cap on a pre-sterilized vial - it would make things so much simpler if there were such a way lol. Even if there were, there would be a small visible puncture in the rubber septa that I've used to fill up the vial.
The way I see it, I could find a way to remove the entire aluminium top without touching the rubber septa then recrimping it. That would be pretty troublesome, perhaps even more troublesome than sterilization-capping-crimping; unless I could find a way to do it easily and economically.
I might sound like a lazy person right now but I took the last 10 hours sterilizing-capping-crimping and I'm still paranoid about whether it's truly sterile. The pre-sterilized sounds like it could be a much more viable option from a time based aspect even if it does cost about 6 times more.
Any opinions? I'm sure you guys are curious about my intents but it's really much better that this all remain under wraps in public at least.
