I'd say you need to learn more about the type of diet you'll need. In my opinion you lost way too fast and that shows you don't know enough about diet to get everything from a cycle that you should. For a natty, losing anything over 2 pounds a week is too fast and will be losing more muscle then fat. When I do a natural cut I aim for .5 to 1 pound a week. Keep the muscle, keep the strength, lose the fat.
