whats good everybody! I am 26 years old and have been working out now for about 8 years now. I am 5' 11" and weigh 205lbs. I got into weight lifting like most because I wanted to change my image. In Highschool I was always skinny and lankey then i went to college and never really drank or went to parties. I was just always in the gym when i first started I was only 165 and over the years I just grew. Like any newbie Ive learned from alot of trial and error. I used to just stick with creatine protien HMB and a pre-workout. then on my last deployment (army) i met a lot of guys in the gym and got introduce to prohormones and now Im ready to try something on the next level and instead of learning through trial and error... some advice and help would be greatly appreciated
