So I just recently realized I have been "cruising" for way too long now. And it is time to get on the gas again. It's been about 10-12 weeks at 250 mg test e/week and 50 mg proviron/day. Haven't lost anything from my last blast, but it's time to get moving in the right direction again. I am actually fighting off some rash that my doc thinks is Hand Foot and Mouth disease (fuck me right?) at the moment, so I'll be on a 7-10 day break from the gym but this will be nice and give my joints and everything time to prepare for what's ahead. I plan on going good old fashioned test/deca/dbol and going for heavy weight, high volume, and as much clean food as I can get down. That's about as scientific as it gets for me at this point.

Here's the plan:

Weeks 1-6:
Test E - 1 gram/wk
Deca - 500 mg/wk
Dbol - 40 mg.day

Weeks 6-12:
Test E - 1 gram/wk
Deca -500 mg/wk
Proviron - 50 mg/day


Planning on using arimidex at 1mg EOD throughout but I am a heavy aromatizer and inexperienced at this high of a test dose, so I have been toying around with the idea of using low dose letro and seeing how that works. 1.25 mg EOD seem like overkill for a gram?


Currently sitting about 235 in the morning. Would like to see 250 on this but everything would have to align perfectly for that to happen without becoming a worthless fat slob I think. We'll see what happens.

Current lifts:
Incline BB Bench - 275X6, would like to be working with 315 by the end
Deadlift - 495X3, 585 would be nice
Squat - 405X3, need to be getting this for 10-12 by the end
BB overhead - 225X6, DB Overhead - 100sX6, would like to be getting both of these for 12-15


Not much else to say at the moment. Hoping to start Monday if my rash cooperates. I will update my diet as I go. High protein, high carbs, moderate fats. Portion sizes will be the only thing to change
 
I forget is Farva the male RN or is that someone else? What a life. Anyways here is a starting point. This pic was taken roughly 3 weeks ago I'd say. I have gotten softer and softer during this cruise but strength has stayed on pretty well and mood has been nice and steady. Just getting the itch to blast again so here goes.

Just to update, I picked up a couple bottles of epistane on a whim last night, so I will be using that for the second half of this blast and stockpiling the proviron for the subsequent cruise and spring/summer run. Cycle now looks as follows:

Weeks 1-5:
Test E - 1 gram/week
Deca - 500 mg/week
Dbol - 40 mg/day

Weeks 8-12:
Test E - 1 gram/week
Deca - 500 mg/week
Epistane - 50 mg/day


Here's hoping my liver holds up to 10 weeks of methyls with a 2 week break in between. Still undecided about whether to use arimidex or letro as an on cycle AI. I'll probably pick up 60 ml of each the next time Hardcore runs an end of month sale. Rash is clearing up nicely, hoping to be in the gym Monday.

Finally set to start training again tomorrow. Been a long 10 days of no gym. Hopefully I come back fresh and strong. Loaded up 500 mg test, 250 mg deca on sunday and started the dbol monday. Currently at 1 mg arimidex EOD. If that doesn't suffice as the test and dbol build up I'll make the switch to 1.25 mg letro EOD. Chest/Shoulders/Tris tomorrow. I may even flat bench.
 
Anyways I'm back to "cruise" dose of 500 mg Chinese UGL test a week and 25-50 mg proviron/day but that's almost out. So just 500 mg test from here on for a while. With letro and Cialis as needed. In April or sooner I hope to run Sust/EQ/Tri-Tren blast wth proviron dose maybe bumped to 100 mg.
