I'm wondering what is there for someone who wants to burn fat & increase his cardio and endurance for running. Don't tell me diet of course, because that... I already know. I need a beter diet plan than the one I already have that's right but still I know diet is the key. I'm gonna purchase T3 soon.
P.S: I'm a total newbie, no experience whatsover so please make the terms you use a bit lighter cause I barely know anything about this subject or steroids in general. I just got out of the bubble a few days ago when I found out steroids are not just a needle you inject and it puffs you up in days. *sigh*
I'm not really fat or anything but I'm 6"1 220lb/s and I believe I'm fat in a term where I have at least maybe 30-40 pounds in fat that I should burn. but I'm a big guy so with clothes that doesn't show but I know because I see myself topless
