So I heeded the advice of fellow bro's. Went to the doc uggg got honest... He changed mt diet and strongly recommended dropping the t3 and clen... Powerful stimulants he said... Said give that 4-6 weeks if no change I need colonoscopy.... The diet change was very subtle no green anything lol... And added probiotocs and citrucel fiber powder twice daily....
