Cruise?
Oh ok. is that safe
Kind of. There are risks, but depending on your situation they might not matter. This topic has been beaten harder than the Chicago Cubs the last 100 years. Search around - there is tons of info.Oh ok. is that safe

I'm going to add an exception tothis blanket statement. If you're not holding onto your gains and getting stronger during and after PCT, you're doing it completely wrong.
Just sayin.
EXACTLY.I'm going to add an exception tothis blanket statement.
While this may hold true to a beginner running a basic cycle, I find it hard to believe it will work for an advanced athlete running advanced cycles.
Once you're body achieves supra-physiological levels of mass and strength that cannot be achieved naturally it becomes harder and harder to maintain those gains without the hormone (steroid) levels needed to support it.
Do you think Phil Heath could just PCT and hold onto all of his mass? Hell no. And neither could any super competitive powerlifter or strongman. Does this mean Phil Heath would go back to looking like a basketball player before he was on AAS? Probably not, steroids probably induced some long term benefits in muscle mass helping him maintain more than he could naturally, but still not near where he was when he was on.
Big muscles are expensive for the body to maintain and if you cycled and trained your ass off to be beyond where you could be naturally, you're going to lose some gains no matter how you PCT.
Proper post cycle therapy (nolva/clomid), maintain proper diet/calorie intake, try to lift just as hard in the gym as if you were still on cycle... Thats about as basic as it gets.. Some people like to toss in a sarm like OSTArx or test boosting supps in their pct to help maintain gains.
100% with you bro. I do feel you a good PCT and diet can allow you to hold onto a good portion of your gains, I don't think you will hold onto all of them. So keep that diet good and do a good PCT. Also work your ass off.I'm going to add an exception tothis blanket statement.

I agree, not possible to hold on to all gains but you can keep a good portion if your just as motivated off cycle as you are on cycle!100% with you bro. Absolutely bro!I agree, not possible to hold on to all gains but you can keep a good portion if your just as motivated off cycle as you are on cycle!

I actually have had great gains if not some of best on pct, there is no feeling like your own levels being high without the drugs. I 100% believe that big pros like Phil ect.. Never come off,but I also believe that they can afford drugs that are genetically engineered with less sides and more positives and also they can afford a doctor that helps them be where they need to be. I have trained with some big pros and to be honest, they will never tell exactly what they are doing. A few years ago I have taken astronomical doses and didn't do what everyone thinks it does, pros are the size they are because of GH and slin, and igf,all the other gear is just a given, some will say they don't even run GH or if but they are also not 260 and lean. As far as pct goes I also agree that people do nowhere near enoughFar from a blanket statement. Most don't know how to properly PCT or simply think the little they do is enough. It's not unfortunately.
Let me break it down for you. I run a long 16 week cycle including 3 injectables with a kickstart oral and a finisher oral. This is followed by a 6 weeks cruise than a 10-12 week blast with increased doses from the first long cycle. My PCT is 10 weeks and there are things I do while on and about 6 weeks out from the ester clearing phase that I also continue during that phase before PCT begins. My PCT last 10 weeks and I run two particular SERMs with my usual AI. So typically I'm on/cruising over a period of about 8-9 months out of the year.
After my last PCT run, two weeks after to be precise, bloods revealed my natty test was at 837. I do run 2 or 3 potent natty boosters after PCT as well, but I didn't do another set of labs to see where my test was at any time afterwards. Odds are I was possibly over 1000 of natty test.
To your Phil Heath comment (who is a laughable corporate puppet joke and should have lost the O several times now), those guys never come off. Ever. I doubt they do what is necessary to maintain their natural production as well during those many years if not decades; therefore, they constantly have to run more gear and at higher doses to compensate over time as they deplete their natural test levels to damn near nothing. I and most of us on this forum don't fall into that category (at least I would like to believe that).
You can say what you want or call bullshit which I'm sure you are doing as you read this, but the fact of the matter is I constantly see gains year around no matter what I'm doing or on. They may be a bit slower when off true, but I still see constant gains and never lose a thing. Far too many guys are dependent on drugs to do their work for them. Bottom line is, if everyone properly recovered once a year, they'd be on the same page as I. If you or others feel you can only see gains while on cycle, I pity you all.
Drugs are a fine tool, but they shouldn't be your dependency for success in any aspect of the iron game. This is not meant to be angry or attack anyone in particular, it's just the truth from how I do things and it seems to work swimmingly.
