Is cruising on sust at 1x per week ok?

I'm cruising at 250 per week and wondering if it's ok to use sust just 1 pin per week. I know it's intended use is once every two weeks
 
I wouldn't Cruz on sus with the short esters your levels will be out of wak but some believe other wise ..to each his own
