Glad it's getting better and not worse. My wife pinned my left delt a few weeks back and I think she was a bit low bc my damn shoulder was sore for 3 days.

Shit happens bro. Glad it's on the mend!
My shoulder got fucked 2 weeks or so ago. I wound up using some antibiotics I had around.
Gear I had was just too potent. Think it wound up being prop 125mg and cyp 200 or higher....ohhh well. Since diluting with more sterile carrier oil it's fine. My buddy wanted me to go to ER lol. I promised him if it didn't get better with the 3 days on indocin i would go. It fixed it.
And normal arm/delt lol.
