first cycle pct recomendations

getting ready to do my first 12 week cycle of test c with a 6 week dbol cycle in conjunction. just wondering what therapies you guys recommend during and after the cycle. just feel like the more i read and research the more confusing it gets.
 
I used hcg on cycle at 250iu 2x a week

My pct was nolva,clomid, and aromasin.
