I was knocking out some deadlifts today and my back popped right at the base of the lumber.I immediately lost all strength in my legs and collapsed. Was laid out on the gym floor for about 10 minutes afraid to move. When I was finally able to get up, the pain was severe. It took everything in me to drive home.Had to use both feet to brake. It hurts to be in any position other than flat on my back.I have a small herniation in my L4 but it wasn't making contact with the fecal sack on my last MRI.Back has felt good for the last 3 months.Don't know if I aggravated that disc or hurt something else.It felt lower than the L4.I was lifting 315 which is a lot for me.I'm only 5'7" 175 at the moment so it wasn't an easy lift, but I don't feel like I broke form and I was using a belt as always.Anyone have a similar injury before related to deadlifts?
