Now its obvious the harder and heavier I train the more I feel it the next day. I was curious if anyone had any tips on minimizing tennis elbow if this Is actually what I have.

Are you on cycle? Hydrated? Have you tried a low dose of deca or NPP?

I am. Testp/trena/primoa I did not get enough water yesterday.

Staying hydrated is a big factor, have you tried a joint complex like osteo biflex? I take orange triad and it had a joint complex in it. Could be placebo but it seems to help n

If it is tennis elbow, I would recommend getting Thera-band Flexbar. It is the only thing that has helped alleviate mine even after multiple doctors visits.

Are you taking Winny? That stuff does a number on my joints.

And I am now taking a joint supp for my shoulder. Works pretty well.

Research GHRP's and CJC's theirs alot of info out there on them and ways to reduce things like that!!
