Hello everyone. I've been patrolling this sight for about a year now I finally decided to take the plunge and join. I've been lifting on and off since I was 16, but I didn't get serious about it until about 5 years ago. I'm looking to learn as much as I can, and share as much as I can. Can't wait to get started.
