Just curious what everyone's current split is looking like. It's about that time for me to change up my training, thinking of doing a heavy push/pull with some hypertrophy days. Somethin like mon-heavy push, tues-heavy pull, wed-off, thurs- chest and tris hypertrophy, Friday- back and bis hypertrophy, Saturday- shoulders and legs hypertrophy, Sunday- off. Current goal is to put on size. Any suggestions and opinions are welcome. Thanks guys
