Anavar Powder Not Disolving

Hey Everyone.
We Brewed some liquid Anavar at 20mg/mL. We couldn't find Everclear 190 so we used the 151 instead.
The Anavar was not dissolving really good so we had to slightly hit it up, but after a few hours it started falling out of suspension again.
We know it is most likely because of the 151 vs 190.
What could we do to fix it? Should we double the quantities of everclear 151 and PEG300 to dilute it to a 10mg/ML concentration?
Here is the recipe we followed:
10mg of Anavar
98 mL of PEG300
392 mL of Everclear 151.

Try to get your hands on higher % alcohol and dilute to 10mg/mL.

Alternatively just warm it up and shake it before dosing with your oral syringe.

Just shake it up before you dose it. The main thing is that you have the ml/mg correct. And you mean 10g Anavar obviously.
