Steaks for lunch, chicken for supper and eggs for breakfast (not shown, rarely cook them)<br>
Broccoli and frozen vegetables.<br>
Throw in some celery with pb, Atkins bars and an apple a day, some raw nuts and canned spinach and beets.<br>
I'm done cooking for the entire week. Took an hour.
