I did a hydrostatic analysis today and the results came back 5'7.5" 182 pounds 14.8%bf. The bodyfat was a nice surprise because I was guessing 17-18%. I went in on an empty stomach first thing in the morning with just 12 ounces of water in me so I'd say everything is as close to accurate as it's going to get.
My next goal is 190 @ 12%. Obviously diet will be the most important aspect of this. I suck at diet. For 6 months it's literally been fast food for every or all but one meal a day. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to get started. Links, Ebooks, whatever you have. I'm saving for a down payment on a house so a coach just isn't feasible right now.
I would like to get there in 6-9 months. Looking forward to your suggestions.
